Details:There are increasingly more options for organic teas from India. This is a nice blend of Assam from the northern bank of the Bramaputra River and Korakundah, located in southern India.
Dry Leaves:Mostly black and dark brown leaves, with a few small golden leaves.
Liquor:Medium-brown with a slight reddish hue.
Aroma:Since these are organic teas, the aroma is light. The dark citrus and honey notes are subtle.
Flavors:The tea is a blend of the light malty notes from Assam and the subtle citrus from South Indian tea. It is a very nice combination. Don't be afraid to add milk (organic milk, please).
Caffeine Level:Caffeinated
Body:Medium-bodied, because these are full-leaf teas. It is not as full-bodied as other breakfast teas.
