Details:Our founder, John Harney, thought very fondly of Elaine Cogan of Portland, Oregon. They were both tea enthusiasts in the early 1980s, throwing bombs against the established order of boring tea served poorly. Decades later, he asked her to do a tea. This is a refreshing result.
Dry Leaves:Ceylon and Darjeeling provide some hints of green and gold in this blend of black teas.
Liquor:A medium-brown liquor.
Aroma:The muted notes of cocoa, honey, citrus, and malt combine for a mellow tea.
