Our Citrus Blend was inspired by our French friend, Francois Payard, a famous pastry chef. He wanted a tea blend featuring three types of citrus fruits. We blended black teas with natural bergamot, grapefruit, and orange flavors to create a sophisticated delight.

Details:It has been an honor to be associated with Chef Francois Payard. He is opening more and more restaurants. This blend was done for his original restaurant, and it works well with sweet pastries. The combined citrus flavors provide a nice counterpoint to meringue, macaroons, or other delights.
Dry Leaves:Dark brown leaves.
Liquor:The citrus in this blend gives the liquor a reddish-brown color.
Aroma:The scent of fresh citrus makes up the aroma of this tea.
Flavors:This tea has many citrus flavors, although orange and grapefruit may be the most obvious flavors.
