The company is called Himalaya because it is located in the mountains of Colombia, in the town of La Cumbre, and respects tea traditions. We chose black and green tea. They are both quite tasty and worth a try.

Aroma:Sweet vegetal aromas, reminiscent of fresh squash.
Flavors:The sweet vegetal flavors remind one of the summer's best squash.

I opened the bag and took a cautious sniff. And then another deep one, and another. It smelled wonderful! Reminiscent of something, but I can’t quite put my finger on it. I brewed a cup, and it reminded me of a Jasmine tea. Quite enjoyable, I’ll definitely be ordering more once I go through this bag.
I haven’t used it yet. Just a little too chilly for iced tea. The aroma is amazing. There’s plenty in each box to spend a lot of afternoons reading and sipping out in the gazebo. Really looking forward to it.
The taste was subtle but defintely had a bitter taste to it. Though I think that was probably user error and I steeped it too long. But I don't get that from the organic green tea I usually drink.
