People wonder how great matcha is made. After hand plucking of great teas in Uji, the tea is made into Tencha by steaming and drying the tea. Later it is ground in between to rotating stones.
This has been a great trip. We found some lovely teas. And we caught the Japanese tea season at the right time. And, and no one got sick, or missed a connection.
