Yaupon is an inspired American comeback. We found yaupon, a flavorful caffeinated native holly, on a Texas ranch. We brewed it with Spearmint from Washington State, earthy Guayusa holly from Ecuador, and Yerba Mate shade-grown in Brazil. Topped off with turmeric and a splash of orange juice in honor of our father, John Harney. He always used orange, never lemon, in his iced tea.
